Mark Greet represents South West fish merchants and processors on the Invest in Fish South West steering group.

"As one of the leading fish processors in the South West, Falfish sources 90 percent of its fish from Cornwall and Devon. The South West processing industry is fortunate to benefit from a mixed fishery in our local seas with a wide variety of species recognised to be of the best quality anywhere in Europe. It is extremely important that we work together to secure this great fishery and ensure a thriving fishing fleet for a long term future.

The relationship between the sea, fishermen and the processing sector is closely knit and extremely important. The fish processing sector is vital to ensuring a strong economic future for the fishing industry, therefore, are an integral part of the Invest in Fish South West project. We must work together to ensure a bright future for us all. Therefore, we'd like to see many South West fish merchants and processors get involved with the Invest in Fish South West project."
